Heavy Metal Band Ghost Riff Riders Acquires Abandoned Hotel for Recording Studio and Label Headquarters

In a bold move that showcases their commitment to the underground music scene, heavy metal band Ghost Riff Riders has purchased an abandoned vintage hotel outside of Dallas, Texas. The band plans to transform the derelict building into a state-of-the-art recording studio, dubbed the “Riffuge,” where they and their fellow musicians can create and collaborate on new projects.

Although the hotel has fallen into disrepair, it has passed structural inspections, indicating that the band’s vision is achievable with some hard work and dedication. The building requires extensive renovations, including rewiring, repainting, new flooring, windows, and a secure perimeter to keep out squatters. Additionally, the Ghost Riff Riders will need to install new water pipes, repair the roof, upgrade the HVAC system, and create a new parking lot and swimming pool.
