Ghost Riff Riders (GRRband) and its associated music, members, and staff support the creative community by allowing, in certain instances, the fair usage of our works according to the following license and terms:

Non-Profit Usage: For non-profit, non-derivative, and non-negative purposes, you are granted the right to use our works without requiring explicit permission. This includes usage in personal projects, educational content, and other non-commercial applications. However, you are required to credit Ghost Riff Riders appropriately, with a link back to our official website or social media profiles where applicable.

Restrictions: You are not permitted to use our works in any negative or derogatory context, or in any way that could harm the reputation of Ghost Riff Riders or its members. Additionally, any modifications or derivatives of our works are strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

For-Profit Usage: Any usage of our works for commercial purposes, including monetized content, CD/DVD sales, or any other form of revenue generation, requires the purchase of one or more licenses. Our music fees are structured as follows:

• Single Track License: $1000 for the use of one track in your project. (Expires after 3 years)
• Full Album License: $10,000 for the use of all tracks from a single album in your project. (Expires after 10 years)
• Unlimited License: $300,000 for unlimited access to our entire discography for use in your projects.(Expires after 10 years)
• Public performance license: Typically costs between $250 and $2,000 per year, but can be higher depending on the business and the copyrights 
• Synchronization license: Can cost up to $50,000 for an advertisement 

Please note that these licenses are non-transferable and are valid for a single project only. For large-scale commercial projects or other licensing inquiries, please contact us directly to discuss custom licensing options.

Cover Songs: We allow the performance and recording of cover songs of our works, provided they are not monetized or included in any commercial CD/DVD sales or works. You must also credit Ghost Riff Riders as the original artist, with a link back to our official website or social media profiles where applicable.

Our music is available with rights in limited usage terms within the shared library of Youtube, Tiktok and other providers and are covered in certain circumstances entirely within those facilities under existing agreements with the platforms.
